This vase is handmade on the throwing wheel using porcelain and then individually decorated. The decoration is achieved by pouring dark glaze across the surface before it’s kiln fired.
This asymmetric vase is designed to hold a small burst of flowers but can also be used as a decorative object.

Porcelain, manganese-based glaze poured over white crackle glaze to make this unique surface.

Care Instructions:
Hand wash only using soft cloths. Please do not use abrasive chemicals on this surface. Gilded items can be used carefully but the 24ct goldleaf surface is delicate. The gilded element of their surface has been stabilised and protected by shellac but care should be taken in its use.

Items are securely packaged for transit but, in the rare event of a breakage, the item will be replaced. In this event customers need to notify the studio with images of breakage within 24 hours of arrival to secure replacement item.
