The Speak Vase is handmade from wheel-thrown porcelain with 24-carat gold leaf gilding, an unusual contemporary ceramic vase named because each piece has a distinct personality, which seems to ‘speak’ to the viewer.
From the smooth perfection of the pebble shaped body to the gently rippling flute and the carefully positioned gilding, the Speak Vases quietly hold their space with character, whether displayed singly, grouped in conversation, or as a vessel for floral displays.
Glazed with tactile, satin-matt white crackle glaze.

Items are securely packaged for transit but, in the rare event of a breakage, the item will be replaced. In this event customers need to notify the studio with images of breakage within 24 hours of arrival to secure replacement item.
Care Instructions:
Handwash only using soft cloths. Please do not use abrasive chemicals on this surface. Gilded items can be used carefully but the 24ct goldleaf surface is delicate. The gilded element of their surface has been stabilised and protected by shellac but care should be taken in its use.
